In 1971 the sales manager for an automotive dealership approached a mobile tool sales company about the purchase of trucks for their distributors. The challenge was not selling the trucks, but equipping them with the necessary display shelving and storage cabinets to properly merchandise their products. After finding the right people to install the truck interior the first truck was built and delivered.
