SKYVAC and Accessories
All SkyVac® systems come with a 12-month warranty from date of purchase covering manufacturer's defects. The SkyVac® North American team provides back up and post-sales support from it's Sanford NC, USA location.

Filters and Carbon Fiber Poles are not warrantied against breakage as a result of misuse by operator. These types of items must be handled as instructed and do require extra care. Please ask a Clean Direct Representative to explain in more detail if needed before your purchase.

Once the request has been received, we may ask for you to send pictures or a short video of the item in question so we can validate the claim or assist in fixing the problem. The majority of claims we receive are operator error or very small and easily resolved issues so please give us the opportunity to help guide you through it.

After analyzing the problem, if a repair is determined as needed by SkyVac® technicians then the customer is responsible for returning the item(s) to SkyVac® at their cost. Please make sure it is properly packaged for return and insured.

If it is determined by SkyVac® technicians that no return is required by the customer and that SkyVac® will be sending replacement parts, then the customer is responsible for shipping costs of the replacement items. In some instances, SkyVac® at their sole determination may waive that re-ship cost.

No claims will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number which we will give to you once we have confirmed over the phone or via email that your issue warrants further inspection at our facility.

If your issue is urgent in nature you have the option to purchase a replacement part which we can fulfill quickly. Once we receive your item to our warehouse then we will inspect it and determine if the manufacturer's warranty applies. If it does we will reimburse you for the replacement item.

SkyVac® disclaims and denies any liability for any direct, indirect, special incidental or consequential damage which may be suffered as a result of sale, delivery, servicing, use, loss of any product, downtime, labor, freight, or other charges not expressly included herein.

We guarantee the emissions control system on your engine will be free from defects in material and workmanship for two (2) years, provided there has been no improper maintenance, misuse, or abuse of your engine. We guarantee this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. Limitations apply.

WARRANTY: This LIMITED WARRANTY is made by Holman, with an address at: 11261 TRADE CENTER DR. RANCHO CORDOVA, CA 95742. Holman WARRANTS FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE BY THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER, THIS PRODUCT WILL BE FREE FROM MATERIAL DEFECT AS TO MATERIALS AND MANUFACTURING, NAMELY OR STRUCTURAL FAILURES. During such 36 months, if Holman determines this product has a material defect as described in the prior sentence, Holman, at its option and expense, will either replace or repair this product. This warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, cosmetic rust, shipping damage, product misuse (including abnormal use or handling and improper installation or maintenance), road hazards, impairment from accidents, alterations, and overloading of the product. Impairment from product misuse, impairment from accidents and product alterations render this warranty null and void. This warranty may not be changed or otherwise modified except in writing signed by an authorized representative of Holman, and supersedes all other terms and conditions in any other document, including any purchase order.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, NONINFRINGEMENT AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. In no event will Holman be liable or responsible to the purchaser or any third party, including any employees or agents of the purchaser, any customer of the original retail purchaser or employees or agents of such customer, any other users of the product or a vehicle in which this product is installed, or family member or person with a special relationship with any of the foregoing. In no event will Holman be liable or responsible to the purchaser or any third party, for damages of any type, whether for breach of contract, tort or otherwise, and whether for death, physical injury or property damage. In no event will Holman be liable or responsible for any direct damages, or indirect damages. Without limiting the forgoing, in no event will Holman be liable or responsible for consequential damages (including lost profits, lost savings, loss of use, or cost of capital), or incidental, general, special, exemplary or punitive damages. Holman’s sole undertaking is to the original retail customer of this product, and then only to repair or replace this product as per the terms of this Warranty. This warranty is a LIMITED WARRANTY, and its terms and conditions should be reviewed and understood prior to any purchase of this product or subsequent action, including installation or use. The terms “include” and “including” as used in this Warranty mean “include without limitation” and “including without limitation.”

Cox Water and Electric Reels
2 YEAR WARRANTY

Products manufactured by Coxreels are warranted for a period of two years from the date of sale to original purchaser. If within such warranty period any such equipment is proved, to Coxreels' satisfaction, to be defective, Coxreels shall be liable for the repair or, at Coxreels' option, replacement when the product is returned, freight prepaid, to Coxreels' plant or a Coxreels' service dealer. Coxreels' obligation here under shall be confined to such repair or replacement and shall be further conditioned upon Coxreels receiving written notice of any alleged defect within ten days after its discovery. Coxreels assumes no responsibility for improper choice of models or where products are used in excess of rated capacities and design functions, or under abnormal conditions. We make available a free engineering service to help with any product selection, application or problem.

Warranty is void if product or any part thereof has been tampered with, altered, or repaired by other than authorized service personnel. Coxreels' responsibility ceases upon delivery to any common carrier, and we do not, unless previously instructed, insure shipments beyond point of delivery to such carrier. Any products, components or accessories that are not manufactured by Coxreels and are supplied by other manufacturers are subject to their respective guarantees or warranties. Certain products will carry their own warranties. Equipment specially built to customers' specifications and requirements is not subject to cancellation nor returnable for credit under any condition. We reserve the right to modify or alter materials, dimensions, design and construction, when necessary, to improve performance.

STATEMENT OF HOSE APPLICATIONS Coxreels does not manufacture any hose. All hose supplied by Coxreels is selected from reliable commercial sources and is recommended for appliction on the basis of data supplied by the manufacturer. Coxreels assumes no responsibility for any other application or use. Hose supplied by Coxreels carries the warranty as listed by the manufacturer (90 days).
